YOUR TRAINING PATHWAY

Authentic Trial (14 Days)

Your first step into real training.

Before you commit, you experience how we truly train.

You will:
• train for 14 days in Muay Thai or Strength
• meet the coaches and feel the culture
• receive a basic readiness check
• understand whether our standards are right for you

Entry: AED 250

FOUNDATIONS (Open-Ended Period)

Build discipline, structure, and technical basics.

After the trial, if both you and your coach feel it is a good fit, you enter Foundations.

• 2 sessions per week
• small groups, structured learning
• safety, posture, and movement discipline
• strong emphasis on correct mechanics and behavior

👉 Foundations are not rushed Students remain in Foundations for as long as necessary until standards are met.

This is where serious training begins.

Practitioners (Ongoing pathway)

Deep training in your chosen discipline.

When your foundations are solid, you progress into Practitioners.
