At Al Areen we follow a disciplined schedule that keeps training focused, manageable, and effective.
Our weekly timetable is divided into two types of training days:
Foundations Days (Beginner Pathway)
Monday & Wednesday
These classes are for students in the Foundations Program (adults, kids, teens, ladies).
On these days we build:
• Technique Fundamentals
• Discipline
• Coordination
• Confidence
• Movement Quality
Coaches teach at a slower pace with extra attention to detail.
Practitioners Days (Intermediate / Advanced Pathway)
Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
These classes are for students who have completed Foundations and are ready for deeper:
• Technique Refinement
• Combinations
• Controlled Sparring
• Strength Progressions
• Higher Conditioning
• Syllabus Progression (Muay Thai)
These days are faster, more technical, and more demanding.
